The method is based on the change in the light absorption capacity and color of the solution depending on the content of cationic surfactants in it. Determination of the cationic particles content in aqueous solution is carried out by spectrophotometric method. It develops methods of quantitative analysis of surfactants in analytical chemistry

MAIN ADVANTAGES OF DEVELOPMENT

Compared to the best known methods (e. g. use of reagent brompropylate red) is about 2 - 5 times the lower limit defined cationic particles in an aqueous solution significantly (10 - 50 times) expands the range of surface - active substances content
