The solution of the problem of obtaining effective and inexpensive adsorbents of domestic production for various industrial processes is proposed. The original method of obtaining nanostructured adsorbent by treatment of vegetable waste from agroindustrial complex with sulfuric acid has been developed. The technological parameters of this process and the physical and chemical parameters of the received adsorbent are determined. Nano - adsorbents from sunflower inflorescences, corncobs, walnut shell are obtained using an improved technique. To get 1 ton of adsorbent requires 1. 2 tons of plant waste. For adsorption purification 1 ton of vegetable oil consumes 30 kg of adsorbent
