Gist of development
Complex estimation of the possibility operation extension of the power equipment: takes into account the data of the technical audit on damage to steam turbines and real operating conditions; takes into account the damage on the basis of experimental research of metal of high temperature elements of steam turbines. Taking into account this estimation will allow to extend the term of exploitation of steam turbines with the capacity of 200 - 800 MW, the output of which is more than 220 thousands per hour and 800 starts, up to 350 thousands per hour. This will give an indicative economic effect of 7. 23 million USD per annum for the TPS 200 MW unit and 35. 4 million UAH per annum for a NPP unit with capacity 1000 M.
Main advantages of development
For the first time an experimental study of the state of metal rotor from 25H1MFA steel has been carried out, taking into account low cycle fatigue, creep (deformation) and long - term durability and torsional oscillations of turbine elements, which worked 220 - 275 thousand years under conditions of real operation of Luhansk and Kurakhovskaya TPSs. The payback period of the development is one year, without taking into account the costs of the automated system of technical diagnostics.
Users of the results of the work are enterprises of power generating companies of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine and DTEK Energo (power units: 220 MW - 4 units and 1000 MW - 13 units for nuclear power plants, 200 MW - 42 units, 300 MW - up to 43 units and 800 MW - 7 units for the TPS, as well as 100 - 150 MW for the CHP plant)
