PURPOSE AND SCOPE
The device is intended for quality control of ball bearings for their vibrocharacteristics and the run - up criterion. The urgent need for such systems exists in serial enterprises and engineering repair complex production of Ukraine.
IDEA OF THE DEVELOPMENT
Productivity of SKP - 01 makes up to 30 ball bearings per hour depending from the research task or scope tests. Control system is automated and makes it possible due to the use of a special software to conduct multiple monitoring of bearing condition in on - line mode. The stand provides control bearings in a wide range of sizes and also an estimation of their condition on vibration acceleration and run out time. There is provided an opportunity to conduct a special comparative spectral analysis of the initial signals in the dynamics.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY STATUS
2 patents of Ukraine were obtained for utility model. The patent for an invention is undergoing the examination in UkrNIED.
MAIN ADVANTAGES OF THE DEVELOPMENT
The SKP - 01 system is fundamentally different from the known similar systems by original method of assessing the ball bearing state using its contactless rotation and contactless axial, radial electromagnetic loads inductors and electromagnetic devices. Due to this the disadvantages of all known vibrodiagnostic systems can be eliminated where the contact method of rotation always brings random vibrational component and uncertainty. MARKET DEMAND The market segment covers design offices, serial and repair machine - building production complex of Ukraine (aerospace, land and other industries).
THE DEVELOPMENT READINESS STATUS
The operating layouts of the stand passed an extensive approbation at the three enterprises and showed a high efficiency. The development of design documentation is ongoing and needs to be finalized taking into account the specifics of specific consumers.
