Purpose and areas of usage
The complex of developments concerning energy - saving technologies of electrotechnical, household and chemically resistant porcelain, intended for use by profile domestic enterprises, provides a significant reduction of energy costs and expansion of the raw material base of production.
Gist of development
Due to the usage of alternative quartz - feldspar and aluminosilicate raw materials, the advantage of the developed technologies is the reduction of the temperature of the burning products: sanitary - engineering at 50°C, household at 100°C and electrical engineering at 200°C, and the exclusion of friuting irrigation compared with existing technologies, which determines the effect of energy saving and reduce the dependence of domestic producers on the import of raw materials. The intensification of sintering and phase formation in conditions of low temperature porcelain synthesis is ensured by the accelerated formation of a melt directed to the regulation of its properties due to the complex chemical modification of mass compositions and irrigation.
The demand for development is conditioned by the urgent need to introduce energy - saving import - based technologies at profile enterprises, in particular, in Druzhkivsky porcelain factory, Dovbish porcelain factory, Sumifarfor, Pershotravensk plant of electrotechnical porcelain, Slavic plant of high - voltage insulators ", Olevsky Porcelain Factory, which will promote the competitiveness of domestic products and increase the export potential of Ukraine
The state of development
Experimental sets of products, that have been tested in certified specialized laboratories, have been manufactured. The developed technological parameters of production ensure the implementation of a complete cycle of manufacturing of household, sanitary and electrotechnical products, which meet the requirements of the current standards.
