Innovative technologies of high efficient functional coverings PP129
Purpose
The development concerns new technologies of covering formation with multicomponent galvanic alloys, monometallic and complex oxides and composite materials on a metal base, strengthened by nanosized oxides.
Main characteristics. gist of development
Coverings on light metals (aluminum, titanium, magnesium) have extremely high adhesion, resistance to high temperatures, chemical resistance to the action of aggressive environment. Coprecipitated oxides of transition metals (manganese, cobalt, etc. ) provide high catalytic properties in oxidation - reduction reactions, and covering with multi - component alloys, composites and nanolamines. It significantly outperforms the characteristics of the original components. The coverings on light alloys have wear resistance at the level of hard alloys, microhardness - up to 2500 kg / mm2, porosity - from 2 to 50% , breakthrough voltage - up to 6000 V, corrosion resistance - 1 point (highest) and withstand heat stroke to 2500 °C, and multicomponent alloys - corrosion resistance and microhardness higher than that with hard chromium covering.
Market demand
Highly productive environmentally safe technological processes of coatings with synergistic alloys, oxides, composites and nanolamines are in demand for the products of machine building, chemical industry, urban engineering, transport infrastructure, nanoelectronics, electrochemical energy and environmental technologies.
