Innovative technology of alcohol production from starchy raw material PP056
The developed technology can be used in the production of ethyl alcohol for both food and technical purposes.
Main characteristics, gist of development.
The rational technological parameters of thermo enzymatic processing of various types of starchy raw materials and wort fermentation in energy and resource saving conditions are determined at recirculation of bard filtrate: pH 4. 5 - 5. 5 at temperatures of 55 - 68 °C depending on the raw material (I degree) and 80 - 90 °C (II degree), fermentation temperature 32 - 35 °C. The economic effect of introducing advanced technology at the expense of fuel economy, artesian water, utilization of bards and the usage of cheaper enzyme preparations is 7, 17 - 7, 29 UAH / dal with a cost of one gigacalorie 1481, 1 UAH. Payback period of implementation of the developed technology is: investment - 0, 15 years, discounted - 0, 73 - 0, 74 years
Main advantages of development
Improved technology of ethyl alcohol production reduces technological losses during production. It also reduces company waste and energy costs. In addition, this scheme does not foresee the usage of antiseptic, since during the processing of grain mills, the bard is used, reducing the pH of the medium to 4. 5 - 5. 5

9 patents of Ukraine were received.
The developed technology can use the enterprises of the alcohol industry. The received dried bard concentrate can be sold to the European Union, as antiseptic is not used in production.

Experimental - industrial tests of the developed technology confirmed the possibility of low capital expenditures to provide normative indicators of alcoholic beverages from different types of starchy raw materials, as well as to increase output of finished products
