MAIN CHARACTERISTIC, THE IDEA OF DEVELOPMENT
The complex of equipment provides the collection of rare gases mixtures that are formed as a result of their consumption in medical practice, cosmonautics, laser technology, electronic and lighting industries. As a result of multi - stage separation in cryogenic temperatures consistently with mixtures excrete side components and target product (krypton or xenon) is cleared in the original state. Product cleanliness: 99. 999% . Performance on the input stream of the mixture: 1 - 1. 5 norms. m3 / year. Target product loss share: Type of refrigerant: liquid nitrogen (T = 84 K; P = 2 bar (abs)). Consumption of a refrigerant in a steady state: 6 - 10 kg / h. Dimensions: 2, 8´3, 0´2, 8 m. Energy consumption (average): 1 kW.
The low - temperature unit is fully automated. There is possibility of remote control, adjustment of the control and removal algorithm and accumulated data on the internet channel.
THE DEVELOPMENT READINESS STATUS
There was made an active prototype of the installation which can work manually and automatically. A range of research has been conducted with the use of mixtures - simulators. They were accompanied by a gas analysis of the received fractions.
