New thermomolecular damper-dissipators on example of car shock absorbers PP166
The object of the development is the original dissipation mechanical energy (shock absorbers, anti - vibration systems); damper automobile suspension, hydrosystems of heavy vehicles (career dump trucks, skid steer loaders, tractor - ATVs, etc. ); vibration protection systems; aviation landing systems; anti - seismic structures
MAIN ADVANTAGES OF THE DEVELOPMENT
The shock absorber has a high energy intensity of dissipation process (5 - 50 J / cm 3); maximum workload may exceed traditional counterparts without disability; passenger comfort is provided and increase the mechanical parts car life due to reduced and stabilized effort in response to mechanical disturbance from the road interference; ensures reliable grip with the road while keeping maximum comfort for passengers implemented efforts on the body of the transport agents in a wide range of speeds and frequencies of obstacles in the way.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE DEVELOPMENT
There was developed a thermomolecular damper of automotive suspension with a new heterogeneous working medium by V. A. Eroshenko: amplitude of work shock absorber - ±84 mm; work force on shock absorber - 1 kN; a range of shock absorber operating frequency - 1 - 22 Hz, compared with 4 - 6 Hz for traditional hydraulic shock absorber; the required number of heterogeneous working body - 20 - 25 cm3 instead of 1000 - 1500 cm3 of technical oil.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY STATUS
There were obtained International and Ukrainian patents.
The demand is caused by high development competitiveness and replace the hydraulic shock absorbers like environmental pollutants under conditions of growing environmental requirements.
