Technology and device for flocking packaging
The development concerns flocking technology for natural particle imaging or synthetic fiber in the form of a pattern or text on pre - glued substrate base.
The result should satisfy the queries of the most demanding consumers in terms of quality packaging products.
THE ESSENCE OF THE DEVELOPMENT
The peculiarities of color formation are revealed the flocked images based on structural - physical nature and interaction of the flock with different substrates (paper, cardboard, corrugated cardboard, film, metal, glass).
They produce packaging that provides obtaining high - quality products.
There was developed a model of flocculation process by floc separation method which made it possible to optimize the process modes of flocculation and determine the requirements for floc, adhesives. The criteria for the formation of the quality of print and the assessment of their quality by laser surface sensing were established.
STATE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION
4 patents of Ukraine were established.
The development corresponds to the current trends of rapid development of the packaging industry for finding new high - quality decoration methods, especially gift.
