Technology of producing fluorine free, pigment –free, light colored enamel coating
Purpose and scope
The development concerns a new technology of the synthesis of fluorine - free , non - pigmented , light - colored enamel coatings using adsorption and ion - exchange processes in the producing of their suspensions. Glass - enamel coatings of yellow gray - blue, green and olive colors are characterized by the absence of toxic and expensive components, the stability of the optical and color indexes of the coatings and are recommended for the manufacture of household and sanitary - technical products.
The essence of the development
Synthesized free fluorescent non - pigmented light - colored enamel coatings reduce the cost of enamel products due to the lower cost (3 times) of the required dyes due to the use of only one base fret for different colors of the coatings and lower temperature of burning compared to industrial coatings. The stability of the optical and color indexes of the coatings is achieved in the wide temperature burning interval (770 - 830 С) and meets the requirements of NSU (National Standards of Ukraine) - 3276 - 95

The developed method of ionic coloring of enamel coatings and their composition can be widely used in the enamel industry in the manufacture of steel products of household and technical purposes.
