Given the specifics of the work of military equipment (load, speed, dust, high temperature, long - term operation, aggressive environment) and the need for reliability of its operation, on which human life depends, a comprehensive study of the properties of the materials received. Graphite sheets, carbon fibers and composites containing hybrid fillers have been developed, base plastics are dominated by heat resistance at 35 - 250 degree, heat and thermal conductivity, coefficient of thermal linear expansion in 1, 2 - 4, 2 times, wear resistance at 1 - 2 orders of magnitude while simultaneously reducing the coefficient of friction in 2, 6 - 4, 5 times.
The market needs development, which, thanks to innovative solutions, increase the thermal and wear resistance, reduce the coefficient of friction and thereby significantly increase the operational reliability of special purpose machinery.
