Purpose and scope
On the basis of the created adhesion - deformation model of friction, a number of original design, machining, materials science and rheological advanced technologies have been developed to improve wear resistance and friction nodes. It is expedient to use this design in the design bureaus with their further introduction in mass production of aerospace, automobile and other branches of the machine - building complex of Ukraine.

Which determine the inter - repair resource as separate units of friction, as well as the product as a whole. Laboratory bench and operational tests have proven an opportunity to increase the life of the highly loaded tribosystems of aviation gas turbine engines more than 7 times thanks to the use of advanced tribotechnologies.
By preventing the creation of conditions for the adhesive interaction of friction surfaces and the forces of their molecular interaction, a reduction in energy losses is achieved to overcome the friction, vibration, noise and other harmful factors during operation
Increasing the inter - repair resource of modern technology requires almost all enterprises of the machine - building complex of Ukraine.

The laboratory - stand and operational tests of the effectiveness of various technological methods are carried out both individually and in a complex of design - mechanical processing, material science and rheological technologies with the use of developed modern testing and measuring equipment.

11 patents of Ukraine were obtained for utility model and 4 for invention, 2 patents of Germany and 3 patents of the Russian Federation.
