THE MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE DEVELOPMENT
The software package allows to get multimedia data, the amount of time and bit rate, graphic experimental depending on the bit rate and bite errors.
The user interacts with the program in a dialog mode. Minimum PC requirements: OC Windows 7; keyboard, mouse; GPU clock speed - 4 GHz, short term memory - 8 GB, video - 2 GB, hard disk - 50 GB and above

MAIN ADVANTAGES OF THE DEVELOPMENT
The computational complexity of turbo - decoding was reduced by 3 - 7 times compared to the MAP method with a slight loss of data decoding efficiency (for MAP correlation r = 0. 9997, for log - MAP - r = 0. 9998). Analytical expressions are obtained . They determine the number of elementary mathematical operations that must be performed to decode a binary symbol on a digital signal processor. In comparison with analogues, the program allows to perform flexible configuration of the codec parameters, to estimate the probability of data exchange at a certain signal/noise level
MARKET DEMAND
The complex provides an opportunity to apply turbo - encoding in data transmission systems. They significantly affect interference of different nature. It is important for wireless communications (satellite, mobile communication), the programmable radio systems, that work in jamming conditions
