MAIN ADVANTAGES OF THE DEVELOPMENT
Wear - resistance operational properties of composite material guarantee a significant increase of the mechanical and operational complex properties of high speed tool and cost effective doping elements. Tool life with new wear - resistant material increases in 30 - 40% , wear resistance in 55 - 65% compared with the best domestic analogy. After laser treatment the hardness and wear - resistance of reinforced surface rises in 1, 32 - 2, 06 times. After high - temperature annealing of the strength steel characteristics increase in 30% , plastic in 30 - 40% . MARKET DEMAND
The machine - building and metallurgical plants of Ukraine, railway depots need in high quality tool for various purposes and also high strength and wear - resistant steels for machine parts.
THE IDEA OF DEVELOPMENT
Wear - resistant composite material on the base of Alloys Fe - W - Cr and Fe - Mo - Cr are formed by formation in the surface layer of the composite structure "Carbide inclusion - matrix". Micro - composite alloy is produced by using new physical principles of structure formation. The details are made with chemical - thermal treatment using standard production equipment.
